Baby massage course: 4 weeks
11am-12pm Shoreham Centre
Baby massage is a wonderful way to focus on bonding with your child in a calm and supportive environment.
Over the 4 weeks I will show you a range of soothing techniques to help with a range of issues, and encourage relaxation and calm that you can use at home. Note: we don’t use oil and babies don’t need to be undressed!
Note: Baby massage course is for 6 weeks+ - crawling babies.

Baby Reflexology: 3 week course
11am-12pm Mondays, Shoreham Centre
Baby Reflex uses Reflexology points and techniques suitable for babies and can help with issues such as colic, constipation and sleep.
Over the 3 weeks course I will teach you a range of lovely gentle techniques, plus parent handbooks to take home, to help you feel empowered to use the techniques at home.
Note: Baby Reflex is suitable for 6 weeks - crawling babies

Toddler Reflexology: 2 week course
1st class evening online class for parents to learn techniques
2nd class in person with your toddler at a group class, or 1:1 at your home with your toddler.
A fun and engaging class designed to work with Toddlers energy. A range of reflexology techniques on the hands, combined with classic nursery rhymes to help you soothe your Toddler and provide support with a range of issues.
Suitable from 1-4 (pre school). We would recommend ideally from 2 years old.
