1:1 classes in Gua sha & Cupping

£30 for 30 minute lesson in 1 tool (Gua sha or cupping)

£45 for 45 minute lesson in both tools (gua sha and cupping)

Come and learn how to use Gua Sha & or Facial cupping so you can incorporate these beautiful practices at home. Both originate from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and have been adapted to be used for facial care.

With regular practice, you will be working towards lifting, sculpting and releasing tension, helping you towards vibrant and glowing skin.

Please note: Gua sha cannot be performed on skin which has had Botox or fillers within 4 weeks.

Cupping cannot be performed on skin which has had Botox or fillers within 4 months. It is not suitable for people who have very thin skin which bruises easily.

Facial self care party at your home using Gua Sha & facial cupping

Gather a group of friends or family and we will go through a lovely, relaxing facial routine using massage, gua sha & facial cups.

I will set up at your home and bring everything needed, including facial tools to use in the 1.5 hour workshop.

You will learn how to use Gua Sha & Facial Cupping in a small and relaxed group, so you can incorporate these beautiful practices at home. Everyone will get a handout to take home.

With regular practice, you will be working towards lifting, sculpting and releasing tension, helping you towards vibrant and glowing skin.

For 6 to 8 people, £20 per person
